About the role
Jethrock Construction Corporation is hiring an intern to assist the Accounting Department.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting transactions and documentation.
- Encode and organize accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with preparing and filing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) documents.
- Assist with invoice preparation, billing, and collection monitoring.
- Assist with checking and organizing weekly payroll documents.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BS Management Accounting, or a related course.
- Required to complete OJT/Internship hours.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Willing to learn and work with the Accounting Team.
