PasPay Consulting (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Sage Support Consultant based in Alberton, Gauteng. Join our team starting January 2026 with a competitive starting salary of R20,000 per month plus commission. This role is predominantly office-based at our Lambton, Germiston location. We specialise in delivering reliable, compliant, and people-focused payroll solutions across South Africa. As we expand, we seek a motivated professional to support our clients with Sage Payroll and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing. About the Role This client-facing position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with clients, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. You will provide expert support on Sage Payroll, manage payroll processing, and help businesses maintain compliance with payroll legislation. Your Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic and onsite client support Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately Submit EMP501 reconciliations via E@syFile Stay updated with payroll and tax legislation changes Canvass and acquire new clients during quieter periods Sell payroll packages, upgrades, payslips, and consulting services Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Minimum Requirements Matric certificate and basic tertiary qualification Strong knowledge of Sage Partner Payroll (essential) Sage Partner Payroll qualification required Knowledge of other Sage products (advantageous) PCC knowledge (advantageous) Proficient in Microsoft Office Understanding of E@syFile submissions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow professionally Ability to work effectively under pressure Own reliable vehicle (essential) Why Join PasPay Consulting?
