As we expand in 2026, we’re looking for a motivated Sage Support Consultant to join our team in Alberton, Gauteng. Key Responsibilities Provide expert telephonic and onsite support to clients using Sage Payroll software, ensuring timely and accurate assistance. Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls with precision to maintain compliance and client satisfaction. Submit EMP501 reconciliations accurately via E@syFile, adhering to SARS deadlines and regulations. Stay informed on the latest payroll and tax legislation changes to advise clients effectively and ensure compliance. Canvass for new clients during quieter periods, contributing to business growth and expanding PasPay’s client base. Sell payroll packages, software upgrades, payslips, and consulting services to meet client needs and increase revenue. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and support. What We're Looking For Required: Matric certificate and a basic tertiary qualification. Strong knowledge and experience with Sage Partner Payroll. Certified Sage Partner Payroll qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of E@syFile submissions and SARS compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Own a reliable vehicle for client visits (essential). Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Preferred: Familiarity with other Sage products. Knowledge of Payroll Control Centre (PCC).
