PasPay Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a motivated Sage Support Consultant to provide expert payroll support and client service. This predominantly office-based role offers a starting salary of R20,000 per month plus commission, beginning January 2026. Role Overview This client-facing position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with clients, and taking ownership of payroll processes. You will support clients using Sage Payroll software, ensure accurate payroll processing, and assist businesses in staying compliant with tax legislation. Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic and onsite support to clients Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately Submit EMP501 reconciliations via E@syFile Keep updated with payroll and tax legislation changes Canvass for new clients during quieter periods Sell payroll packages, upgrades, payslips, and consulting services Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Minimum Requirements Matric certificate and basic tertiary qualification Strong knowledge of Sage Partner Payroll (essential) Sage Partner Payroll qualification Knowledge of other Sage products (advantageous) Understanding of PCC (advantageous) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with E@syFile submissions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow professionally Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Own reliable vehicle (essential) Why Work at PasPay Consulting?
