About the role

Clarkbase Construction Devt Inc. is looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM records, sales leads, client follow-ups, and performance reports.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Provide executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Organize, clean, and consult reports and analytical data using Microsoft Excel; prepare accurate trackers, reports, and summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales coordination, CRM marketing, or executive support.
• Organized, discreet, trustworthy, and demonstrate strong professional integrity.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data filtering, validation, and handling large datasets.
