Tasks

• Host local market
• Pick up, and drop off stock from a set location, set up booth at market independently
• Provide friendly customer service, engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience
• Organize products and display them in an aesthetic manner
• Film content related to promoting products and brand
• Package products
• Keep track of inventory
• Communicate promptly and efficiently on operations related needs
• Provide feedback on common customer concerns to help improve products and services

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, attention to details, positive attitude, and be able to set up and work at local market independently
• You must have a vehicle, a valid driver's licence, and be able to pick up and drop off stock, and set up table independently
• Relevant retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Attention to details
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Relevant retail experience in customer service
• Content creation, basic skills in photography, video editing an asset
• Must be able to drive and set up/take down at market independently
• Training will be provided

Schedule

• for this holiday season, and potentially long term
• Ability to work long hours, mostly on weekends
