About the role
The Rachel Comey Retail team is seeking a fashion-driven and client-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
The Sales Associate is an ambassador for the brand, combining sales, clienteling, styling, product knowledge, and day-to-day store operations.
Tasks
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment.
- Seek feedback and opportunities to continuously develop selling, styling, and product knowledge.
Requirements

Schedule
- Flexible schedule with availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay
- Salary range: $20-$22 an hour, plus commission and allowance
