This full-time position based in Old Pallavaram offers you the chance to engage with customers, assist in fabric selection, and contribute to our store’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fabric types, patterns, and current textile trends to provide expert recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise to keep the store visually appealing and well-maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance.
• Participate in promotional events and in-store demonstrations to attract and engage customers.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with retail software is a plus.

At Xavier, we foster a collaborative environment encouraging open communication and teamwork. You will report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with other sales associates to enhance the customer experience. This role is not remote eligible.

Compensation: ₹15,000 per month.
