Sales Associate

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will assist clients in selecting wellness services, provide information about the benefits of our offerings, and ensure each guest feels welcome and cared for. Additional responsibilities include handling bookings, managing studio operations, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience during their visit.

Very Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create positive and welcoming experiences for guestsSales aptitude, including upselling services and recommending packages tailored to client needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clienteleAbility to manage studio operations, including appointment scheduling and light administrative tasksAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPassion for health, wellness, and self-care is a plusExperience using scheduling or point-of-sale software is desirable but not requiredPay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
