Job description
About the role
vineyard vines is seeking a Sales Associate, Part Time to assist the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. The role supports the brand promise, “Every Day Should Feel This Good,” and makes service a top priority.
Responsibilities
- Meet goals and measures, and develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
- Support in-store event sourcing and execution.
- Help create the customer experience through “Hosting the Party.”
- Lead email capture and educate new associates on best practices.
- Keep the customer wish list current and notify customers when products arrive.
- Assist with training new associates and help foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment.
- Help recruit and refer talent for the store’s teams, and support store and team-building activities with the management team.
- Maintain efficient merchandise controls, loss prevention awareness, and a clean and tidy store environment.
- Help maintain merchandising in accordance with company standards.
