Sales Closer & Project Strategist – Remote (USA)

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively conduct sales negotiations to close deals promptly and efficiently.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines and goals are met.
• Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales and project management strategies.
• Track and report sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on project results and customer feedback.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in sales negotiation and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with industry-standard sales and project management software/tools.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or project management preferred.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support departments to optimize sales processes and ensure project success. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
