Institution: AI Financial Crime, Compliance & Fraud Solutions ProviderRole: Sales Executive, AI Financial Crime SolutionsSalary: $120,000 - $160,000 base + commission - OTE $200,000 - $300,000
Role:Our client is a well-known provider of financial crime, compliance and fraud solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business into financial institutions, working a defined territory and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. The focus will be positioning their AI Financial Crime, Fraud and Compliance Solution to existing and prospective clients.
This is a hybrid role based in the New York metro area.
Responsibilities:Own and grow a territory of financial institution prospects, with a focus on banks, credit unions and other regulated entities.Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CCOs, Heads of Compliance, Risk Officers and Technology leaders.Develop a deep understanding of the client's AI-powered product suite and articulate its value clearly in a complex regulatory buying environment.Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM.Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to refine go-to-market messaging and respond to RFPs.Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events.Meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
Requirements:Proven B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, ideally with AI, analytics, or compliance/financial crime solutions.Track record of selling into financial institutions; banks, credit unions, or other regulated entities.Familiarity with the financial crime and compliance technology landscape is a huge plus (e.g. AML platforms, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, KYC/CDD tools).Experience with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal management.Strong consultative selling skills, ability to tailor messaging to both technical and business audiences.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.Bachelor's degree preferred.NYC metro area based; comfortable with a hybrid schedule and client/conference travel.
