The Foreign Language Institute is hiring a Sales Intern in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This on-site internship is designed for undergraduate students interested in building sales experience in a supportive, collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Help identify prospective clients and markets for the institute’s products and services.
• Contact potential customers by phone, email, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
• Assist with preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, progress, and feedback.
• Research market trends and customer needs to support sales planning.
• Keep customer interactions and sales activities organized in the CRM system.
• Suggest improvements to sales processes and presentation materials.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to network and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Previous experience is not required; knowledge of sales concepts is helpful.

Compensation and Work Environment
