Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and new markets for our language education products and services.
• Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to generate qualified leads.
• Support the creation and delivery of compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, progress updates, and constructive feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs influencing sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales processes and presentation materials.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven with a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
• No prior sales experience required, but a basic understanding of sales concepts is advantageous.
