Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, lead audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate tax planning and compliance activities in collaboration with external tax professionals.
• Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and drive profitability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Proficient in accounting principles and financial regulations such as IFRS and GAAP.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Professional certifications like CPA or CMA are a plus.
