Key Responsibilities Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring precise budgeting and forecasting. Manage accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end close. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations; lead audits and resolve discrepancies. Analyze financial reports to identify trends and recommend improvements to senior management. Coordinate tax planning and compliance in collaboration with external tax professionals. Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and enhance profitability. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 3 years of relevant financial management experience. Proficiency in accounting principles and financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP). Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Professional certifications like CPA or CMA are advantageous. The Finance Manager will work within a structured finance team fostering open communication and collaboration, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer to ensure alignment with company goals.
