Finance Manager - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Garima Chaurasia is hiring a full-time Finance Manager in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This on-site role offers the opportunity to guide financial performance, compliance, and strategic planning as part of a collaborative finance team. The Finance Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, general ledger operations, and month-end close.
• Maintain compliance with applicable local and international financial regulations, lead audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial reports, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate tax planning and compliance with external tax professionals.
• Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and improve profitability.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, including IFRS and GAAP.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 1000000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
