Join us to influence our sales strategy and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve targets and maintain a positive work culture. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and increase market share. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to boost loyalty and retention. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and deliver training to enhance team skills. Collaborate closely with marketing to design campaigns that attract and retain customers.
