About the role

Enhance Recruiting is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth for a Texas-based leading packaging manufacturer. The role involves leading and motivating teams, listening to customers, and selling value.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement company culture and sell value to customers.
• Represent the sales group and help improve its performance.
• Work with sales representatives to solve problems and offer customer solutions.
• Set sales goals, compare performance with goals, and adjust goals as needed.
• Assess team processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop individual quotas and assign team territories.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.

• Lead the sales group and actively support company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including packaging manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience leading a sales team.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
• Experience setting sales goals.
