RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand and implement company culture and selling value to our customersBe the collective voice of the sales group to assist where needed to improveWork with sales reps to solve problems and offer solutions to customers.Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as neededAssess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement.Develop individual quotas and assign territories for teamCoach, mentor, and provide feedback to team membersAssess individual performance and suggest corrective actions as neededBe a leader to the sales group and actively support all company initiatives
REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales (packaging manufacturing experience)Prior experience leading a sales teamProven ability to lead a team to meet quotasExcellent leadership and management skillsStrong negotiation and relationship development skillsExperience setting sales goals
