Position Overview

Devyani Vaghela is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager / Unit Manager to lead and manage a team within the Agency Channel. This full-time role focuses on building a high-performing team of Life Insurance Advisors, driving sales growth, and achieving business targets through strategic leadership and customer-centric approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors / Financial Consultants.
• Drive sales performance and consistently meet business targets through the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, motivating them to reach their goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Support advisors in customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor team productivity and enhance advisor performance through mentoring.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, banking, insurance, BFSI, or team management is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build a successful team.
• Good networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Target-oriented with a passion for achieving business goals.
