About the role

Greystar is seeking a Sales Marketing Outreach Consultant to support Overture River District and Album Benbrook. The role supports the growth and visibility of active adult apartment communities through marketing and outreach, promoting brand awareness, attracting prospective residents aged 55+, and contributing to leasing and retention goals.

The position requires an on-site presence to engage with prospects and local partners. It is not a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the 55+ active adult demographic to drive community engagement and leasing success.
• Assist with lead generation and research potential residents, referral sources, and local partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to promote brand awareness and support leasing and retention goals.

Requirements
