Sales & Project Manager

About the role

Sell residential and commercial concrete projects.

Tasks

• Follow up with leads, visit jobsites, take measurements, and prepare estimates.
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, and general contractors.
• Close sales and provide clear project details to our foreman.
• Coordinate project needs and keep customers informed.
• Track budgets, document change orders, and maintain job records.
• Handle final walkthroughs and follow up on payments.

Requirements

• Strong communication, sales, organization, and follow-through.
• Construction or concrete experience is a plus.

• Base + Commission Opportunity
