Job description
Make outbound calls and connect with potential clients. Qualify leads and identify decision-makers. Book qualified meetings for the sales team. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records. Improve your sales approach based on performance results. Experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development is preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills. Comfortable handling rejection and making frequent calls. Organized, proactive, coachable, and results-driven. Comfortable using CRM and sales tools. Salary: ₱2,500 monthly meal allowance, high commission potential, annual salary increase, fixed weekend off, holiday pay, vacation, sick & birthday leave, HMO, US & PH holiday pay.
