This full-time role offers remote work eligibility and focuses on driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. About the Role As a Business Development Specialist, you will identify new growth opportunities by researching potential clients, building strong relationships, understanding their service needs, and closing deals to boost revenue. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and nurture long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and research new business opportunities via market research, networking, cold outreach, and online events. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and partners. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and increase market share. Create and deliver tailored proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to prospective clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market gaps to inform sales strategies. Support innovation initiatives and sustainability goals through strategic vendor collaborations. Lead negotiations for vendor agreements focusing on cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation. Draft, review, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and master service agreements (MSAs). Work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment. Key Skills & Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasive presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets. Resourceful with strong research skills to discover new leads and target markets. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
