Key Responsibilities Identify and research new B2B sales opportunities through market analysis, networking, cold outreach, and participation in online industry events. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at increasing market share and achieving revenue targets. Create and deliver customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market gaps to adapt sales strategies proactively. Lead negotiations for vendor agreements focusing on cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation. Draft , review, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and master service agreements (MSAs) to ensure compliance and client satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals and innovation projects. What We're Looking For Required: 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or business services sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Strong research skills to identify new leads and untapped markets. Networking and relationship-building expertise with a customer-centric approach. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Preferred: Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional, and international environments. Familiarity with drafting and managing SLAs and MSAs. Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and vendor collaboration strategies. Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
