Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Object Model
- Strong knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL
- Requirements gathering, user stories, and process mapping
- Data mapping, API integrations, and system integration
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and end-to-end testing
- Financial Services / Wealth Management experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
