Job description
TekBricks is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. This full-time role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Implement and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
- Develop and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform data migration using Data Loader and other ETL tools
- Create reports and dashboards for business users
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience with the Salesforce Platform
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce configuration including Workflows, Flows, and Process Builder
- Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of the Salesforce Security Model
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications such as PD1, PD2, Admin, or App Builder
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools
