The Salesperson will greet customers, identify their needs, and provide product recommendations that reflect Lacoste’s brand values and style. Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, processing sales transactions, and handling returns and exchanges accurately. The role involves achieving individual and store sales targets, contributing to loss prevention efforts, and supporting omni-channel services such as online order pickups. The Salesperson will also collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and efficient store environment.Qualifications Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized shopping experiences.Sales and retail skills, including meeting targets, managing transactions, and supporting promotional activities.Product knowledge and visual merchandising abilities to present collections effectively and maintain brand standards.Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and interact professionally with a diverse customer base.Basic math and POS knowledge for handling cash, card payments, and inventory-related tasks.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous retail or fashion experience is preferred; luxury or premium brand experience is a plus.Commitment to ethical conduct, respect, and an inclusive work environment that supports equal opportunity for all team members.
