SAP Billing Consultant

Tasks

• Support day-to-day billing operations, including investigation and resolution of billing-related exceptions.
• Guide the team in managing, prioritizing, and resolving billing exceptions based on business impact and operational urgency.
• Apply SAP Billing functional and technical expertise to identify root causes, recommend improvements, reduce recurring exceptions, and ensure smooth execution of billing processes.
• Collaborate with business and AMS teams to troubleshoot complex billing issues and drive timely resolution of defects and process gaps.
• Develop and maintain operational knowledge, including exception-handling procedures, troubleshooting guidelines, and knowledge transfer to strengthen the team's ability to independently manage recurring billing issues.

• Experience: 10+ years

Pay

• Pay Range - $75-$80/Hr.
