🚀 WE’RE HIRING: SAP Cloud ERP Professional Services Functional Lead
📍 Location: Chicago, IL (Remote)
💼 Experience: 8+ Years
🎯 Focus: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition – Professional Services
We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ERP Professional Services Functional Lead to own functional design, configuration, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement of SAP Professional Services and Customer Project Management processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Professional Services and customer project processes
✅ Configure customer projects, project lifecycle stages, work packages, and project master data
✅ Manage project billing, billing plans, billing elements, and project billing requests
✅ Support project financial planning, cost/revenue tracking, margin analysis, and Event-Based Revenue Recognition
✅ Coordinate integrations with Finance/Controlling, time recording, expenses, and resource management systems
✅ Lead functional testing, regression testing, defect triage, and production issue resolution
✅ Drive post-go-live stabilization, release impact assessments, and continuous process optimization
✅ Collaborate with Finance, Billing, HR/Time, Resource Management, QA, and integration teams
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
• 8+ years of SAP Project Systems / Professional Services functional experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Professional Services / Customer Projects
• Strong knowledge of project billing, billing plans, work packages, and project lifecycle management
• Understanding of Finance/Controlling integration and Event-Based Revenue Recognition
• Experience with project financial controls, time/cost capture, testing, and production support
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and Public Cloud release management
🔹 Good to Have:
⭐ Experience with Deltek Replicon or Dayshape
⭐ Background in consulting or other project-based professional services organizations
⭐ Relevant SAP S/4HANA Cloud Publi
