Job description
Olatokunbo Demola Salami is hiring a full-time SAP HCM Consultant in Germany. This on-site role offers a salary of €90,000 per year and the opportunity to improve the organization’s human resources systems through SAP HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules to meet business and HR requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support for SAP HCM functionality.
- Partner with HR teams to assess and improve processes.
- Deliver training to help users work effectively with SAP HCM.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Support system upgrades and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
- Document processes, configurations, and operating procedures.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Expertise in SAP HCM.
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Experience with HR transformation projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with standard HR practices.
Team and Reporting
You will collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support HR strategies and organizational goals.
