Job description
Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in the Federal Republic of Germany. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of €90,000 per year and plays a critical part in optimizing human resources management through SAP HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules tailored to organizational needs.
- Provide expert consulting and technical support on SAP HCM functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams to analyze and enhance HR processes.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure SAP HCM user proficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Support system upgrades and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Document processes, protocols, and configurations for ongoing reference.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in SAP HCM is essential.
- Fluent in German at a minimum C1 level.
- Experience in HR transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-standard HR practices.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with HR teams, IT departments, and external partners to ensure SAP HCM aligns with business objectives and strategic goals.
