JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scale Operator to join our recycling yard team. The Scale Operator is responsible for accurately weighing incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be BILINGUAL (English/Spanish)
Previous experience as a scale operator in a similar role preferred
Basic computer and math skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be dependable and safety-conscious
Ability to work in an outdoor environment
STARTING PAY
$17/HOUR
MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)
