Scheduling & Dispatch Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Repair Tech Inc. is a growing, woman-owned, family-operated HVAC and appliance service company serving residential and commercial customers throughout San Diego County.

Tasks

• Answer and assist customers by phone, text and email
• Schedule service appointments
• Dispatch and support our technicians
• Help with customer accounts, billing and general inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish
• Monitoring and adjusting the daily schedule
• Communicating ETAs, delays, and appointment updates
• Keeping customer and job information accurate
• Following up with customers and technicians as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office experience is expected.
• Previous dispatching, scheduling, call center, home-service, trades, or fast-paced office experience is strongly preferred.
• Are bilingual in English & Spanish
• Have strong communication skills
• Are organized and detail-oriented
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bring a positive, problem-solving attitude
• Enjoy helping people
• You do NOT need previous HVAC or appliance experience.

Pay

• $18 – $20/hr
