About the Role
We are seeking a Scientific Engagement Manager to bridge deep scientific expertise with commercial insight to drive new business growth. This pivotal role combines science, strategy, and commercial engagement by interacting with R&D leaders to uncover data and AI opportunities that advance target and drug discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead scientific discussions with senior stakeholders across BioPharma, Biotech, Diagnostics, CRO/CDMO, and research institutions.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities for AI-driven data solutions in drug discovery.
- Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to design impactful, AI-ready data solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive scientific pre-sales engagements and support the commercial pipeline.
What You Bring
- Strong scientific background in life sciences with a focus on drug discovery or biomedical data.
- Excellent communication skills to engage senior scientific and commercial stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into business value propositions.
- Experience working in or with BioPharma, Biotech, or related research organizations is preferred.
