Job description
About the role
Support end-to-end generation of omics data using high-throughput automation.
Requirements
- Experience working with DNA and RNA
- Hands-on automated PCR using TECAN/Hamilton platforms
- Experience operating, troubleshooting, and programming liquid handlers
- Hands-on Illumina Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Strong wet-lab skills, technical documentation, and data interpretation
- Bachelor’s + 8 years, Master’s + 6 years, or PhD + 4 years in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Method development and transfer, laboratory operations, plate readers, thermocyclers, high-throughput microscopy, and flow cytometry.
