Requirements
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent skills in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coach teams, collaborate with Product Owners, and track Agile metrics.
- Must be adaptable and able to build relationships with established teams.
