Scrum Master – Discovery Lead

Tasks

• Drive end-to-end Discovery execution alongside Product Owners, Business Architects, UX Designers, and Tech Leads.
• Facilitate all standard Scrum events for multi-vendor and onsite-offshore engineering teams.
• Leverage Jira amp; Jira Roadmaps to build project visibility, handle status reporting, and track key deliverables.
• Coach teams toward self-organization and lead continuous improvement initiatives resulting from retrospectives.
• Act as the primary ambassador and liaison for all Discovery phase inquiries and risk escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience (Financial Services background required)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
• Experience managing Discovery processes amp; delivering scope on timeline dates
• Hands-on experience with Jira (Roadmap features a big plus!)
• Proven track record in an Onsite-Offshore / Multi-Vendor model
• Based in or willing to commute onsite to Minneapolis, MN
