Scrum Master

Requirements

• 12–15+ Years
• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience, with 3+ years working on Guidewire InsuranceSuite projects.
• Strong hands-on project experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Experience leading 2–3 Agile teams and facilitating Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including Submissions, Quotes, FNOL, and the Claims lifecycle.
• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, PI Planning, and coordination with Release Train Engineers (RTEs).
• Ability to manage dependencies across Policy, Billing, Claims, MuleSoft, and DataHub teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Rally.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, impediment removal, and Agile coaching skills.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, and Guidewire releases in onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Understanding of Guidewire best practices, including configuration vs. customization and integration standards.
• CSM, PSM II, or SAFe SSM.
• Only Green Card (GC) holders and U.S. Citizens (USC) will be considered.
• For GC candidates, a valid I-94 document is mandatory.

Schedule

• Contract-to-Hire (C2H) – Convert to Full-Time after 6 Months
• Onsite/Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
