Scrum Master – Infrastructure Migration

Tasks

• Lead Agile delivery for infrastructure migration projects, ensuring teams follow Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure migration cycles, including scope definition, sprint planning, resource coordination, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application owners, cloud engineers, network teams, security teams, operations, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth migration execution.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate migration waves, application and server dependencies, environment readiness, testing, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and post-migration validation.
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and issues that may impact migration schedules or project outcomes.
