WE’RE HIRING: SEASONAL HOLIDAY LIGHTING INSTALLERS
We are hiring hardworking and dependable people for the Christmas season throughout Miami Dade County.
This is a hands on outdoor job. Most days start between 6:30 and 7:00 AM at our warehouse (Near Miami Executive / Tamiami Airport). You will meet your crew, get into a company truck, and head out with a Lead Technician to install professional Christmas lighting on homes and businesses.
What you’ll do:
- Set up and work from ladders
- Install lights on homes, trees, palms, and roofs when trained
- Hang wreaths, greenery, and decorations
- Run cords, connect timers, and troubleshoot lighting
- Load, unload, count, and organize materials
- Keep trucks, equipment, job sites, and the warehouse clean and organized
- Help prepare materials, build decorations, and organize the warehouse on rain days
What we’re looking for:
- Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors
- Comfortable working at heights
- Dependable, on time, and ready to work
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Works well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available for early starts, long days, and late finishes
Training begins the first week of September. Our main season runs from approximately September 7 through December 23, with opportunities to return for removals in January.
Base pay plus performance bonuses based on productivity, quality, and overall performance. Full compensation details will be explained during the interview.
Lots of overtime available throughout the season.
Opportunity for growth: Strong performers can move into Lead Technician roles, run their own truck and crew, and potentially continue working with us year round installing permanent and landscape lighting.
