Security Engineer

Tasks

• Security and privacy design reviews of services, APIs, applications and AI integrations
• Threat modeling for critical services and AI agents
• Adversarial testing of third-party AI agents (prompt injection, tool misuse, excessive agency, data exposure)

Requirements

• 8+ years in security engineering, application/product security, offensive security or a related field
• Experience reviewing complex designs and identifying risks in APIs, cloud services, microservices or distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of threat modeling, risk modeling, authentication/authorization, least privilege and data protection
• Hands-on security testing, vulnerability investigation or penetration/adversarial testing
• Preferred: AI/LLM agent assessment, prompt injection, privacy design reviews, cloud, automation (Python/Go/Bash), pentesting across apps, APIs, cloud and networks
• Need candidates local to Seattle, WA (Preferred) / Sunnyvale, CA
• Open to GC / USC / H1B
