Security Guard

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel. As a Security Guard, you will engage with staff and visitors to create a safe and secure environment that fosters trust and assurance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate surveillance equipment to oversee the premises. Conduct regular patrols, both on foot and by vehicle, to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Provide a visible presence to create a sense of security for employees and visitors. Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure security protocols are being followed. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies and take necessary actions as required. Prepare and maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents. Interact with law enforcement and emergency services when needed. Required and preferred qualifications Minimum education: 10th Grade. Proven skills in surveillance and monitoring systems. Strong physical fitness and ability to remain alert throughout shifts. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Prior experience in a security role is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols.
