Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to detect and prevent suspicious activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and control access for employees, visitors, and personnel using security systems.
• Prepare detailed daily reports documenting activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
• Respond quickly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts professionally.
• Assist in training new security staff and collaborate to improve security strategies.
• Contribute to developing and implementing security policies to enhance organizational safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports.
• Proficiency in customer service to engage with personnel and visitors.
• Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Previous security experience preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: ₹20,000 per month
