Job description
MBA is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its Crane Team in the Commercial Lines Department in Media, Pennsylvania. This full-time role is suited to an experienced account management professional with a background in construction and crane commercial insurance. Remote work is eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts with responsive service and proactive communication.
- Negotiate and coordinate insurance policy renewals, modifications, and expansions.
- Develop account plans that support client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with internal teams to address client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Monitor market trends and recommend competitive coverage options.
- Prepare and present account performance reports and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support cross-selling.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- At least five years of account management experience preferred, ideally in insurance.
- Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services; construction and crane insurance experience is especially relevant.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A college degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
