About the role
Manufacturing
Tasks
- Manage full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
- Prepare financial statements and maintain the general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years
- Strong hands-on accounting experience in manufacturing
- Experience working in a small, lean accounting team
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
- Experience with MAS 90 / Sage 100 is preferred
- A stable employment history and strong attention to detail
- Candidates should be able to commute to the Chicago worksite within approximately 45 minutes.
