Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across a commercial real estate portfolioSupport month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMaintain and review general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reportingAssist with external audit coordination, internal controls, and technical accounting mattersPartner with property management and operations teams on financial analysis and reportingUtilize Yardi for lease, rent, and property financial reporting
Candidate ProfileCPA required3+ years of public accounting audit experienceMust have audited commercial real estate clientsLooking to transition from public accounting into a private industry accounting roleStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingYardi experience preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
