Senior Agentic AI Architects

Requirements

• Proven ability to assess applications, identify resiliency gaps, and drive improvements in availability, reliability, performance, scalability, security, observability, and maintainability.
• Hands-on experience implementing resiliency patterns including retries, circuit breakers, failover, graceful degradation, rate limiting, timeout management, and idempotency.
• Experience leveraging AI and Agentic AI to improve engineering productivity, application resiliency, modernization, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with AI Spec-Driven Development, including Spec Kit, OpenSpec/Open Specification approaches, requirements-to-code workflows, and AI-assisted software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted development, including AI-driven code generation, code reviews, test generation, documentation, and architecture analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET development (Primary Skill), including enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern SDLC practices.
• Experience with observability platforms, including monitoring, telemetry, logging, alerting, dashboards, distributed tracing, and SLI/SLO-based reliability management.
• Strong expertise in performance engineering, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
