Senior Agile Delivery Coach

Tasks

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Facilitate PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Improve Agile delivery flow and remove team-level and cross-team impediments
• Drive backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and capacity planning
• Manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, operations, and infrastructure
• Establish delivery metrics using Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align
• Mentor Agile teams and promote continuous improvement across the organization

Requirements

• 6+ years of Agile coaching and delivery leadership experience
• 4+ years of IT, software development, or enterprise systems experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies
• Experience with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and PI Planning
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
• Active SAFe certification or equivalent recognized Agile credentials
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
