Senior AI Engineer

Requirements

• Local NY/NJ Candidates Only
• 14-15+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience leading Enterprise AI / Generative AI adoption initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of PROSCI, ADKAR, and Kotter change management methodologies.
• Experience in AI adoption strategy, business readiness, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in AI literacy campaigns, user training, and enablement programs.
• Experience defining AI adoption KPIs, measuring ROI, and tracking business value.
• Understanding of Human-in-the-Loop processes, AI trust, transparency, and responsible AI adoption.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
• Financial Services, Insurance, Risk Management, or Professional Services experience preferred.
