Job Description

As a Senior Auditor at Cox HinKins, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and securing client financial information. You will help clients analyze options and make financial recommendations aligned with their business objectives. This role requires compliance with state and local financial regulations and continuous improvement of accounting control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead various audit assignments, ensuring completion within budget and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 and corporation tax computations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge relevant to audit and accounting standards.
• Build and sustain excellent working relationships within Cox HinKins and with clients.

Position Requirements

• Professional qualification: ACCA or ACA.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience within a UK practice.
• Strong knowledge in preparing accounts for partnerships, companies, sole traders, etc.
• Proficient with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage.
• Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102.
• Good command of MS Excel.
