Job description
About the role
Support business and technology transformation initiatives for an Oil & Gas client.
Requirements
- Experience delivering end-to-end business and technology change initiatives.
- Strong Oil & Gas or Energy domain experience.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
- Ability to develop BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience supporting UAT, solution design, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational workflows.
- Preferred: Biofuels / Renewable Fuels experience.
- Preferred: Energy Trading, Refining, Downstream Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Preferred: ETRM, ERP, or related operational platforms.
