Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EdTech sector by conducting thorough market research and engaging with industry stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients and partners to deeply understand their educational technology needs. Lead compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our EdTech solutions. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align client requirements with our offerings and ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage client interactions, track sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Participate in regular business development meetings to strategize, share market insights, and refine sales approaches based on data-driven analysis. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market trend presentations for senior management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the EdTech industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, demonstrating a goal-oriented and self-motivated work ethic. Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities.
