Senior Business Systems Analyst

Tasks

• Lead business discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
• Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions
• Support Salesforce-related business processes and requirements documentation
• Drive process improvement, system interoperability, and digital transformation
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicting priorities, and facilitate consensus
• Support change management and organizational adoption of technology solutions
• Collaborate with IT, data, QA, and project management teams

Requirements

• Senior-level Business Analysis experience
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
• Business requirements gathering and user story documentation
• Salesforce platform experience and business process analysis
• Azure DevOps experience
• Understanding of SDLC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in technology, consulting, or government environments
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification
• Local candidates from Central Indiana only
