What You'll Do
✅ Manage the lifecycle of assigned legal matters, ensuring cases move forward efficiently and without unnecessary delays.✅ Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates, setting expectations, and maintaining a high-quality client experience.✅ Monitor case progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions.✅ Coordinate closely with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and leadership teams.✅ Conduct regular case reviews, track deadlines, monitor production metrics, and ensure accountability across legal teams.✅ Oversee client financial compliance, retainer replenishments, work-in-progress (WIP), and billing-related communications.✅ Identify cases at risk due to inactivity, client dissatisfaction, scope expansion, missed deadlines, or profitability concerns.✅ Escalate operational, financial, or client-service issues with actionable recommendations.✅ Develop and improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies.✅ Act as a trusted liaison between clients, attorneys, and firm leadership to ensure transparency and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
✔ Advanced English proficiency (C1)✔ Experience as a Case Manager, Senior Case Manager, Legal Operations Specialist, Legal Project Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role✔ Strong background in client communication and relationship management✔ Experience managing multiple active matters simultaneously✔ Ability to analyze workflows, productivity metrics, and operational performance✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail✔ Experience working with legal case management systems (Clio, Filevine, or similar platforms)✔ Ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and improve processes
