Senior Constructability Manager

About the role

Support complex, mission-critical construction specifically data centers.

Tasks

• Lead constructability and site feasibility reviews for data center projects from early stages through execution.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready constructability outputs that help leadership make timely go/no-go and scope decisions.
• Perform site evaluation and buildability assessment including multidisciplinary constraints and real-world execution risks.
• Coordinate across disciplines to address constructability risks such as utility/power and infrastructure constraints, cooling and mechanical integration considerations, civil/site constraints and logistics planning, and schedule, sequencing, and heavy-operations execution risks.
• Provide clear recommendations to drive action and alignment across stakeholders (Owner, A/E, General Contractor, municipalities, vendors).
• Apply strong judgment under incomplete information to reduce risk while decisions are still forming.
• Support field execution by ensuring constructability insights translate into buildable plans, coordination, and accountability.

Requirements

• 7+ years in construction, preconstruction, constructability reviews, and/or field execution on complex projects
• Strong background in hyperscale data centers and/or mission-critical facilities (preferred)
• Experience with industrial/large-scale construction environments is a plus
• Ability to write and communicate at an executive level (clear, concise, decision-oriented)
• Proven influence and cross-disciplinary coordination skills (Owner/Arch/Eng/municipal)
