Job description
Tasks
- Own the end-to-end data and analytics architecture on Microsoft Fabric / Databricks
- Modernize platforms, pipelines and reports
- Lead M&A data integration: assessment, migration, cutover and reconciliation
- Set up governance for conversational analytics and GenAI
- Keep critical regulatory reporting running through change
- Act as design authority and mentor engineering teams
Requirements
- 15+ years in data and analytics, with architect-level experience
- Fabric and/or Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python/PySpark, Azure
- Purview or Unity Catalog governance
- Proven M&A data integration delivery
- Banking and regulatory reporting experience (a plus)
